I have had the best luck with Solo Ads from ezines and Forums, like WAHM.

The more you can post in forums and share your knowledge the more visible you will be. Make sure you use your signature option in your profile as well.

Definitely forums but also Craigslist, Article submission, You Tube, Backpage, and social networking. The key with the last one is to not prance in there as a "marketer."

another site that I've used and gotten some response from is from myspace, www.blurbpage.com and communitypostit.com

so far those are the simplest free sites beyond craigslist for me.

yahoo groups are good too, just have to be careful it's not strictly a spam group, which MIGHT yield some kind of positive results, vs the non spam groups who will yield positive results.

I have had great luck with www.hoobly.com
You can only advertise on one area, but you can leave it on one area for a week or two then change your area.

I think the forums are the best way to 'meet' others as well.

craigslist bring in a lot of traffic for me. I also use creativeloafing.com and usnetads.com

The best free methods are forums and craigs list. The Warrior Forum is an awesome forum just like WAHM
