Need a JV agreement ASAP

Hello everyone,

I've partnered up with 3 experts in my niche - to produce a video product. I am paying for filming, editing, etc. My experts will have to share their expertise on camera.

Once the video is produced, I am going to give it to my experts as a compensation for their work. They will be free to market, sell (as digital and hard copies) and price the product at their discretion from their sites or offline, as well as edit and re-package it. I will have the same rights.

I need to put together an agreement, so that everyone feels protected and clear about the deal. I am struggling with how to word this thing properly, and the JV templates I've seen do not fit my situation.

Can you please share any ideas or resources?

I thought you can find someone who would like to cooperation with you. Then you need to sign a legal and resonable contract.
