As it happens, I've heard of both.
Infinity Downline is a network marketing company (they claim - I have my doubts, myself) about which there's really a
huge number of "red flags", including even some question (according to a lawyer friend) about whether or not the entire gescheft is legal in the first place.
One of the (many) great potential difficulties with it is that it revolves around the sale of digitally-downloaded products. This inevitably raises great questions about "value", and with them, the possibility that commissions are effectively being paid out of the joining/subscription fees of subsequent members (which is
definitely illegal).
They may possibly all turn out to be questions with answers, but the reality is that, given the FTC and investigatory/regulatory climate at the moment (it's
never before been so menacing or strict in the entire history of the industry), they can still lead to enough trouble, even so.
It's also a company that's only weeks old, and the overall survival rate of those is absolutely tiny to start with. Really.
I have done no "due diligence" on this "opportunity" because it seemed, even only at first glance, that it really wasn't worth it. But I have heard (and from a very reliable US source) that it's already rung enough alarm bells to be "being looked into".
