I'm confused how the binary works. If I get paid on the shorter leg, where does the money in the longer leg go? Who gets it and why?

Hello!
You still get paid on anyone you personally sponsor in both legs (weak or strong). Anyone who came into your org. through overflow (not personally sponsored) you only get paid on the lesser leg through the Binary plan. But we also get the Matched Cash Bonus (10 generations on personals and their personals ect.) and commissions and ADP commiss. and so on. You are not losing any money. The money is going to someone in your up line who has your stronger leg as their weaker leg and also you/they/someone is/are making money on the 10 generation matched bonus on the people in your stronger leg. You are not losing money and no one is taking it away from you. It is just how our compensation plan works and why we can get paid so much so many different ways! You can read the compensation plan here. I hope I did not confuse you because I think I confused myself! lol Happy Thursday! Christine |

You did a great job explaining it! I'll add only one thing..... the matching bonuses are for silver rank and above. And if you come in with the founders package (only available between Jan. 15-Jan 19) you will come in at the silver rank. We have an awesome comp plan! The matching bonuses alone are going to produce huge checks!

You realy can't think of the binary in terms of what you DON'T get. That will just confuse you and make you crazy. You could look at it as getting paid 10% on your weak leg, or 5% on your whole organization, capped by the weaker leg. It may not seem fair, but it really is. One reason is that you have spillover from people above you, that is, people in your team that you did not place there directly or indirectly. For example, I personally sponsored 81 people, have 91 on one leg and 500+ on the other leg. Should I get paid on 500 people I had nothing to do with?
Don't let it overload your brain. That is just the way it works. And personally I won't even look at an MLM that uses anything more complicated. IMHO they are the best and fairest of all the plans out there. Just put one person on your string leg early, and then everyone else on your weak leg until it passes your strong leg. By that time, you will be a hppy camper. |
