Smile Excitement! Who has something fun, helpful or exciting to post?

I want to open this page and find something great here! I love the open honest discussions, and lets balance it with some fun too!

I'm having a n open house today. I had 4 people in last night, which was perfect for me because I have already had over $1000 in sales this week and was kind of tired. We had a nice glass of wine, great chats and a few sales too! Expecting a few more good clients to drop by today....Should be fun! And the very best part....my house is clean!

I think this extreme preorder is fantastic & great to boost late December sales!

I LOVE that the Mani & Pedi sets are on HUGE sales, can not wait for my order to come in....

I'm thrilled with BC relaxing the Director promote up bonuses and tripling the bonus.

Still absolutely LOVE Daisy and Charla and think they are the amazing leaders that our company needs.

And , Hello, Rick goings is coming to Leadership. By far, my favourite speaker, I could listen to him speak all day long, and not bad to look at either!

Default Something positive to post

I had an event in an apartment complex, their annual Christmas Bazaar. I went with a friend in BC so we could make it a girl's day out. I am trying to focus more on spas vs sales so I offered the neckwrap as hostess gift but if they booked TODAY and held their spa in January I offered them whatever they were eyeing at the table free. 3 spas booked, 1 with Margarita foot creme, 1 with green tea mask, and 1 with THEIR choice at the spa. I am going back to the basics, SPA is where it all happens.

As a bonus I got all my shopping done, at some wonderful food, and made new friends. Since we have a limited amount of time here on earth, I decided my motto for 2012 is "Live life flat out" meaning don't set limits, don't wait, and don't hold back! Have a blessed Christmas and in 2012 let's show the world what BC ladies have to offer! New Year, New You!!

Default Wow! ILove it! You did some great things at that event!

Alspagh! I love your post! SO true, Life is to short to waste it, appreciate and enjoy every day!

SO you shared some amazing strategies too!

1. Before you do any event, decide that you are going to have a great time & have fun with it! Even if there are not a tonne of people at the event, the oones that are there will be attracted to you and the fun that you are having at your table.

2. Always do events with a spa buddy, a new recruit, or a prospect that you want to invite to join your team. First, you will have more fun, and you will engage her more in the business, have time together to connect, teach and mentor, or maybe even learn from her too!

3. Spa is where it's at!

4. Thereis huge value in starting January with spas booked!

5. Look for community events to go out and meet new clients & hostesses.

Talking Learning new stuff at BeautiU

Like I said before on our website, I LOVE to go to BeautiU with my director Lisa Wilkinson. I ALWAYS learn someting new - this time it is the "Book to Look" game - similiar to Deal or No Deal.This will GREATLY increase your bookings from your spas. When everyone is seated you say "the hostess needs 2 bookings to get free gifts and I need 2 friends to help her. I ask the hostess to go around the room with 12 envelopes. 6 say book a spa, get a free gift and 6 say get a free gift. If you ABSOLUTELY don't want a spa then just say pass when the hostess comes around. Once the envelopes are passed out, give them a change to UPGRADE. Since you don't know what is in the envelope you WILL get a better gift if you go ahead and book a spa NOW.

The full games and documents (plus LOTS of hints and tips and helfpul documents) are on our teams website. The address is: wilkinsonbcdreamteam dot com and look at the left under the Book to Look category. She also has a blog and booth display pictures and the forms to use at spa, etc. I am going to use items I purchased to make a price point on an order for the free gifts. I am also going to order what is in sale and THAT is the free items they get at their spa (and their hostess receives WHEN they hold their spa as well). Check it out! Smile WOW! Over 2000views ~our spa girls want some great news!

So I have not logged on in about 2 weeks or so b/c I had a super full calendar of school spas and have SOLD over $3000 in the past 2 weeks!

I have 5 EVIPS on my team working toward Directorship ( I think 4 are going to make it!!!! ) and have been out working lots with them and to build new business.

I know people hav ebeen doing schools for a long time, but WOW, they are awesome! Each day has been $500-1100 in sales!

I have one EVIP that is even selling more! She SOLD over $6300 last WEEK in the schools.

She starts her presentation by sharing that she is there purely as a service to the hard working school staff and to show ouur appreciation for their dedication to the schools and our community. They will be treated head to toe, learn some relaxation techniques to use in the workplace, AND "if I have done my job well, hopefuly you will want to take home some the products that you use to relax "

This is working really well!

Our company is really growing right now, with more directors promoting up now than there ever have been. If it is a dream or a goal for you, now is the time to go for it! Most of team is sharing that it really has been easier than they thought when they fill their calendars with spas and focus on who they can recruit to grow their teams.

Start 2012 with a new goal fr you and your business! Start with 8 or more spas! I have heard that there will continue to be "relaxed" Director requirements in 2012 too, so make the decision now to build to Directorship. It is worth it!

It looks like I will be able to go to the Elite Director Conference in Orlando in January and I love to share good news, so I will try to post all I learn there.

Feeling very very blessed to have meaningful work and the enourmous list of rewards, both personal and financial that come through Beauticontrol. Wishing you and your family a joy-filed Holiday and a Glorious New YEAR!

Default Are you taking the 30 day challenge?

I know we have been tasked to take a 30-day challenge for the new TFF Extreme for face and lips but I am technologically challenged! When I get my cell phone close enough to take the before picture I can't keep my eyes open! And I can't get my droopy lids, age spots, and the wrinkles to show up in one picture.

I guess I will have to take 2 or 3 before shots, then do my FULL routine for 30 days, then take several pictures to see the results. I agree with our director that it is the BEST way for us to show and tell at our spa. The results will speak for themselves and we will be so excited about the results on ourselves that our clients will see and believe when it comes from our lips and the pictures.

How many times have you read that "58% of all clients saw visibile results from xyz product" vs just seeing the difference in an actual picture of someone you are looking at? BC and Gary just keep getting better and better!!

I was just browsing and stumbled upon this thread. I'm not a Beauti Control consultant. However, I am looking for an income opportunity that I can focus on 'whole-heartedly'. I was very impressed by the wonderful comments and how you all seem to support one another.
