Redistricting - I lost my DSM

Oh wow!

Got a text from my DSM early this morning. The redistricting here in California took my zipcode away from her... I just lost my DSM

She is so amazing and Ive been with her since day one.

Im sooooooooo bummed and upset!

Sorry to hear that, maybe you can keep in touch with her and she can help you out if your new DSM isn't as helpful.

I honestly don't see how Avon kept our DSM. I wonder who makes the decisions to keep these managers, move them, or fire them.

Im still in SHOCK. I dont like the DSM I have been assigned. She has never helped my team at all, even when I requested it as some of my team was in her district.

Im just heart-broken. My dsm helped me learn enough to get to where I am. Its so unfair

I'm changing district manager, district and RSP. I'm not happy about going from monday order to Friday order...I'm losing my weekend!

I feel for you Bonnie...I used to have an awesome dm, who quit and I was so sad to lose her. The one I have now I don't care to much for, so I am looking forward to having someone new to work with. Hopefully she's a good one.
