Redistricting
I know the feeling. I got a letter this morning from Avon letting me know I am in a different district and assigned a new DM also. I really liked the DM I had, and I am sorry to see I now have someone else.
I am going to take some time off I think to get some personal things straightened out and then go back to Avon. But will still order so will remain active even if it's just for myself and family. God bless to everyone as these new changes take place.

Im still waiting for the letter. Know its coming.
New DSM hasnt even said hi yet. she plays favorites, so Im not sure I will continue to attend meetings which is very sad indeed. I may continue to go to my old dsm meetings, just wont get any of the freebies. It is what it is, we just go on and do what we do. Luckily, I know enough now that I can help my teammates. Bonnie

You would think considering you are a top seller and top leadership rep that she would would help you with anything you need. Our DSM is the same way but when you talk to her or she does a meeting she talks highly about herself and uses the excuse of having to go to all the meetings in different locations for not being caught up. Thankfully we don't have to rely on them for much. I still liked my first DSM but she retired, so I know how you feel.

Redistricting
I lost my DSM when she retired last year and was assigned another one who lives about 200 miles away... I hope the Redistricting gives me a new one who is closer.

I just found out that my new district meetings are going to be 25 miles away and here in CA, with the freeways, it will be a 50 minute drive. My lost district meetings are 5 minutes from me...doesn't make any sense!

Mine are 22miles ... and way out in the middle of nowhere. I told the new DSM that I would come to the meet and greet, but will not be attending meetings so far from home. With the traffic, its over a 45minute drive one way too Bonnie
