Gifts
Whether its Christmas, Birthday or whatever the occassion is for gift giving, do you as a rep give Avon as gifts? I know many people order for the same occassions but as reps, how do explain giving Avon as gifts if someone hasn't really requested it.
I have heard conversations from other reps from different companies who give away their own products as gifts and the recipients found it cheesy and or found it as if the rep was pushing her products on others. I personally think it depends on the actual item. I have given Avon as gifts to people who have shown an interest in an item and or requested it.

This year I am only giving Avon gifts to my younger step sisters, who are 10 & 13....so those mini glazewears, some lip balms, etc....nothing crazy, just girly things. Luckily enough though, we always have a late Christmas....this year Christmas was literally in July! haha, so I've got plenty of time
 I may give something for my mother as well, it all just depends on how much I have to spend, etc. But I know my sisters will love the Avon products

& my man and I had actually considered doing gifts for his family, however we ran into a budget issue, so that turned into a no go....

Normally I will not give Avon as gifts except for my mom on her birthday I will tell her to pick anything out she would like. That is because she loves Avon. I did buy Avon for Christmas for my 7 yr old. I got her a ring and nail polish. But for everyone else no I do not. That is just a personal preference.

My 16 year old granddaughter picked out a bunch of things from my avon site for her bday. I got her some of it for then being her 16th and all. The main thing she wanted was the white furry slipper boots. I did save a couple things on the list for Christmas (SS blue topaz ring and a lip gloss) and then she picked out one more thing which was the newest opal ring. For her past 2 birthdays before this she also got Avon. So I think she is becoming addicted...LOL Maybe she will be a future Avon Lady...LOL

My daughter LOVES the Mark line.
She SO enjoys getting her Avon goodies at Christmas. Besides she knows she will get twice as much because of my discount Bonnie
