Product of the Product?

As someone who has been a WAHM for 10 years, I believe in being a product of the product. I wear Avon Fashion, Jewelry, Cosmetics and SkinCare. However, there are some products that I don't care for and won't promote. This is just a personal preference as we all have different tastes and preferences. Such as I have yet to find a mascara from Avon that I like.

I am honest with my customers if they ask if I have tried a certain product. It is there choice to make the decision on what to or not purchase. If they don't like the purchase I of course, send it back and make it right.

My reputation means alot to me both personally and professionally.

As Avon Reps, how do you approach this situation?
As a Customer, how do you feel about your Avon Reps being a product of the product?

What I do when a customer ask about a product is give them a review from those who have tried the product, you can find the reveiws on avon.com. If I have tried the product I will let them know how it has worked or not worked for me and then remind them that just because it didn't work for me or I didn't like the product doesn't mean it wont for them. And I remind them of Avon's Satisfaction Guarantee.

I actually like that someone wears what they sell. My co-worker sells Avon and I bought alot of things because of her. I did sell it before to get the discounts but it does help to see the product on the person.

I also carry a variety of the purse size purfumes with me.
People tend to purchase more fragrance if its not on an alcohol prep.

I love the AVON SuperShock mascara! So, does my daughter. I bought a jar of Genics and had if for 4 days and my grandson got a hold of it and broke it. LOL I loved the way it made my skin feel so I will be getting more.

Genics is the BEST moisturizer I have EVER used.
Talk about baby smooth... and Im 58!

Supershock is also my favorite mascara and many of my customers love it as well. Genics is awesome. Some of my other favorites are the Advanced Technics Lotus Shield, Solutions Thermal Cleanser and Foot Works Cracked Heel Relief Cream which works great for cuts, scraps and burns anywhere (not just your feet).

I too love Genics! I am trying use the products currently have.
I use the Reversalist Line along with the ANEW CLINICAL Luminosity Pro Brightening Serum and ANEW CLINICAL Derma-Full X3 Facial Filling Serum (even though this has been discontinued) Once I use up these, I will totally go Genics all the way!

Genics is the first moisturizer that I can use under my makeup that doesn't cause me to breakout or feel to greasy regardless of what kind of foundation I am using. I notice when using it with Mineral makeup it makes a world of difference.

I just wanted to add that my mom uses the Anew Lift & Firm Pro Serum and it's amazing. I can definitely tell when she doesn't use it. Maybe I can talk her into taking before and after pictures.

I wore a lot of Avon stuff most of my life. When I moved to a different town about 4 1/2 years ago I couldn't find a rep (which is one of the reasons I started selling) so I don't have anything really left But, now that i'm selling again, i'm slowly building my collection back up. When you start from scratch it can be expensive, so I'm doing it slowly.
