I am comparing companies and would like to get some information on your hostess plan and your commission sturcture. I would also like information on advanced compensation when you start recruiting.

Thanks for the info, I would also like to hear about your hostess benifits and if they are company paid. Also do you have to pay to submitt orders??

Heidi... Our Hostess Benefits are 100% paid by the
company. We don't pay a penny towards them! A
hostess credit can be given on any order over $100.
The hostess receives 10% of the order in FREE
products, PLUS half priced items ($25 and under) for
each booking, for higher sales amounts, etc.
Our hostesses are really spoiled. One of my favorite
hostess perks is our Golden Hostess Lotion Bar.
For any show that goes to $400 or more, the
Hostess gets a Golden Hostess Lotion Bar in
Oatmeal Milk & Honey scent (we do pay for this...
onlly $4.00) and under the sealed lid is a prize! We're
running a promotion right now where the hostess
prize is DOUBLED. I just recently gave away a year's
supply of shower gel.... TIMES TWO!! I've also
recently rewarded my hostess with Premier sets of
products for free which have values in the $80 range.
I could go on forever... but bottom line is that our
hostesses are very happy ladies when the show is
over. :)

I LOVE what Country Bunny does for its hostesses and hostesses LOVE getting all the freebies and 1/2 priced items. There's no beating it!
