Can someone give me some info- I am stuck between Beauti Control and you guys? What are the differances and the pay ?

Hey Jessica!
I don't know how much information you are going to get on Beauti Control over here b/c typically we don't believe in talking about other companies...that can get dangerous b/c the tone can come out negative even if you aren't meaning it to. We prefer to tell people the numerous benefits Arbonne has & then letpeople decide for themselves.
From the research I have done about companies in the direct sell/NWM business, our comp plan is very generous. Go here http://www.arbonne.com/company/success_plan_summary.html (http://www.arbonne.com/company/success_plan_summary.html)to get a summary. The higher you go the more you get. And remember that after District the percentages you get are added together for your total, not replaced. Also something that is not common in the business is that if you were to lose your level in Arbonne, for whatever reason, you can get your team back once you get back to the level that is needed. In the majority of NWM plans if you lose your team then you do not get them back!
Also being botanically-based is not common. Our products are very healthy for your skin & your body. They are certified vegan- NO animal products or by products. They are formulated without mineral oil and are formulated without dyes or chemical fragrances. Some of those things can irritate skin. Our products are hypoallergenic & go through a stringent testing process. They are pH correct (not balanced) which means that it keeps your acid mantle working properly. Think of a bug zapper. The acid mantle works like that to zap things like bacteria before they getthrough your skinYou want it working at it's best. We are dermatologist tested, not just recommended. Recommended can sometimes be misleading. For example, a company can give a doctor's office tons of samples of a certain product. The doctor gives it away to their patients...which then makes the product recommended by them.
In Arbonne not only do we have lots of great (& free) training set up byour home officebut we have more than one system you can choose to work with for your business. If you like doing home parties we have that system down. If you do not then we have alternatives that can also help your business be successful. And we help each other. I don't care who's downline someone is in, I enjoy helping any one I can in Arbonne to be successful. And that philosophy is throughout the company, & it starts with our executive team. They care about what goes on in the field & do everything they can to help us to be successful.And theywant to knowour opinions on ways to improve the company.
