Are we allowed to have boothes at a Farmer's Market?
I don't remember ever reading or hearing anything about them :)

I'm not sure if we're allowed to do these or not. There has been a booth at my local Farmers Market on occassion. I didnt think anything of it at the time since I wasnt doing the business.
Sometimes these markets have a section for arts/crafts. I think it's probably fine. Ive even been looking at some myself.

I would think it's fine - just like a health fair, trade show, or bazaar, right?
