First off, To those of you that have been supportive of all of us that had our company shut down THANK YOU!! Sprits have been lifted and we are all getting through this the best we can.

To the rest of you............THIS IS ENOUGH!!!!! You who are being so negative and bashing need to get stories straight and ask questions nicely and directly to the people you are slamming! THIS SHUT DOWN WAS NOT LEIGHANNA AND I AM SICK OF SEEING HER NAME BASHED ALL OVER!!! I have been with Sweet Berry for almost 3 years and there never has been nor is there now any sort of SCAM going on!!! Money is being refunded to everyone involved and/or product is being sent! This shut down was because of an owner (which leighanna was NOT) who didn't inform her major business associate (LeighAnna) exactly what was happening. Because of this, LeighAnna ended up sending out false information. In return things got delayed and people upset. However, no one bothered to email Teresa of the problems, only LeighAnna. Anyone in their right mind would step down from this type of a situation when it gets so bad and you can't go on your email ever and not find a horrible email from someone that is mad. LeighAnna has 3 younger children at home as well as a husband and they need a sane mom/wife! When LeighAnna stepped down, she gave her mom a team to make products for the company and TERESA made the decision to just shut down because she couldn't handle running the business. SBDesigns was owned by Teresa and LeighAnna was working for HER! I was an honorary co-founder in this company and there was NEVER any sort of idea that this company would not work! We all had huge dreams and yes those dreams are gone now with SBD but bashing people for something that was unfortunate to end does not have to happen. It is extremely immature and un-called for!

As for those of you that do not know anything about the company and were not in it at all I am also kind of disappointed to read your posts. In the future it would be a good idea to get the truth from the source and not just bash on top of the bashers. Assuming someone is correct all the time isn't always the best way to go.

Just for a little background...........SBFields did have some problems, but to my knowledge, since i am still a wholesaler, they are currently still in business as a wholesale company. It was founded by this mother/daughter team and lots of changes were made and a lot of people dropped out. I stayed for the products and the knowledge that LeighAnna is a very good business person, her mother has a hard time. Things did change a lot but no one was ever forced out or anything of the like. The doors were never closed completely. Quite possibly though this will happen now thanks to the few people on this board and on the SBD group.

I am very sorry that some of you feel the way you do about this happening but don't think for one minute you are going to succeed in life with the attitudes you have. Before you all go bashing again please make sure you have all the correct information!!!

First off, you have a lot of nerve coming here and trying to smooth over all the problems with SBD by blaming everyone else. Are you seriously trying to say that Teresa stepped down because of all the "horrible" emails?? Don't you think that these gals have a right to be mad and even pissed off when they pay for an order or a kit and never receive it?? Would you honestly sit back and say nothing??


These gals have every right in the world to be upset over this and I don't blame them one bit. Seems to me like SBD should have had all their ducks in a row, so to speak, before signing on consultants. I thought this was just good business sense, but apparently SBD never had any this time or when they were known as Sweet Berry Fields.


Before you decide to place the blame on others, why don't you take a moment to put yourself in their shoes and see the REAL reason why they are so upset.

I was a SBD rep that never got off the ground. There are NO HARD
FEELINGS on my part - this was a decision that was made on the part of
Theresa - I have NO problem with it.



I agree wholeheartedly with what Heather is saying. Bashing the company and those involved shows a person true heart.





I say: Build a bridge and GET over it!!!!!!! Life goes on and I am!

Seems like most people were trying to get over it and then here it comes again.

I am not blaming anyone for anything less than bashing someone without knowing the whole story. I am not condoning anything with SBD here either. I AM in the same shoes.........you are not. I too was a consultant with SBD, who spent money to get my business going along with many hours working on SBD. I too was/am upset that this happened and I am upset about the way it happened. Everyone has a right to be upset. I am simply saying that it is very unfair to place blame and bash people for things on a very public board when you are just plain lashing out and do not know the whole story or have waited at all for things to be made right with money or products. The way Teresa closed the company and the message she put out was not the whole story either and that is just really too bad. The women that have been doing the majority of the harsh posts on here should have had the common decency to go to LeighAnna and Teresa in a grown up manner to ask questions and get answers and not go to the place where we are all looking for positive reinforcements to our businesses. They have made many accusations and do not have the details and have in return made a lot of people even more angry.

I was not going to reply to any of this and have kept myself quite until today when I saw even more very upsetting accusations. We are all looking toward our futures and I simply want all the bad words to stop. Neither LeighAnna or Teresa are bad people, things just plain didn't work. There are many reasons to this and NO ONE was trying to steal money or purposly start a company and close in a month.

Everything was in fact in place when this business started. I know this because I personally helped in the process. Sweet Berry Fields had nothing wrong with it as far as consultants went. The fact that we went wholesale was due to the request of some and as I said, this business is still running. Not everything was smooth or is smooth by any means, but every business has bumps and unfortunatly SBD didn't get over them.

Your post is just the thing that I am talking about. You were not a consultant with the company so you also do not know the whole story. Orders were sent out, kits were sent out. If the kits and orders were not sent out when the doors of the company closed refunds were sent out!!!!

If anyone has any more questions or comments of a negative manner please PM me so that no more of this goes on on the public part of this board and I can explain things to you personally. Its simply not fair to anyone involved to be rude in public.

And just how is it that you know I was not a consultant with the company???


I know all about it, trust me.
