Guess what? Someone in my area is selling @ in a gas station! I've contacted policy compliance regarding this but I wanted to know if any of you have personally had to report someone and did the home office actually do anything? I live in a VERY rural area and I'm busting my butt off to get Arbonne out there, gave someone @ as a gift today and she commented this was her favorite...she buys it at the gas station she gets her gas at?!?!?!?!?!?

Has anyone out there had a experience where you reported to@ though? I can't speak to someone, you had to send them a email and how many emails do you think they get a day? This is important to me and in the mean time someone's making a killing doing nothing while I'm out there busting my *#! hoping to book a party! So that's what I want to know, has anyone experienced this where @ did something and how long did it take? And what did they do? Do they give them a warning or cancel their consultant no.?

Just playingDevils Advocate...what if the owner of the gas station is a consultant and his/her store is a way of gettingthe product out there. Is that still against policy? Just wondering if maybeit's not so much thegas stationthatthis person gets her A* from...but maybe its the owner or manager, who just happens to sell it to people he/she knows throughtheir gas stationbusiness.

there was a consultant selling @ at a car wash here. It was a nice car wash and there were other products on display, candles, art work for sale and other misc. items.
Someone told my sponsor about (she is an ENVP) and she found out who the consultants sponsor and VP were and contacted them. The consultant's VP took care of it.
So I would suggest trying to find out who her sponsor is or VP and let them know. You may get a faster response and resolve the issues before compliance is able to get around to contacting her.

You can only sell the products in your place of business if you are a business that takes appointments such as a hair salon, doctor's office, etc. I am sure</span> that a gas station is not how @ wants to be represented. I would find out if the person is a consultant and then go to my VP and let her handle it. That is their responsibility and will probably take less time to resolve this way. Be persistent until it is taken care of. Let us know what happens. Good luck!

JoFlo makes a good point. The product may not be on display. The owner might be a consultant who is prospecting customers, in which case, it would be OK.
But then again, that might not be what's happening. In any case, I think you need more information.

Oh wow- that is seriously wrong. Like someone else said, I'd report it to their RVP/NVP. You'll probably get better results.

How do you report it to their upline when you don't know who that is? i can go to @'s website and confirm the person is a consultant, but I don't know how to start to find out who their uplien is. Does anyone?

Go to your upline. Personally I think that is the first step. They should be able to handle it with the other gal's VP and hopefully resolve it. If not, your NVP wll know what route to go from there. Going directly to the other gal's VP just doesn't "feel" right to me.
