I just had a waxing and was talking to her about Arbonne. She has been looking to switch lines and even mentions that she has samples from people but no one local. She is interested in looking at the Arbonne line - she does waxings, facials, massages - the whole nine yards. My question is how to a present this to her. What should I give her? What literature? Samples or full size products and of what? My upline is not familiar so I am hoping some of you can help. She seemed excited that I was local, so I don't want to screw it up. Thanks!!

I'm so sad! I only got on the site a couple of times and didn't save anything! Boo,hoo! I was really getting motivated from that site. Do you know if it will reopen as a myarbonne site? Please let us know when or if it opens back up. I'm so disappointed!

I guess they are cracking down on websites. I was told I had to change mine. I had my personal prolief testimonial on it and I guess that wasn't allowed because it sounds like a medical claim.


You also can't use any images other than the ones Arbonne provides. I had a little clipart image of a girl getting a facial and they said I had to take it down.


Oh, well ... my site expires in 4 days and I'm not going to renew. It just doesn't make financial sense to market a website that looks just like everyone else's and contains the same content as everyone else's. I would get referrals from the site, but none of them ever worked out. What works best is actually talking to people about the company and products.

While I do tend to agree with your comments, my upline is suggesting to everyone to get a website...once Dr. Shad is on Oprah, we will probably see a lot of people searching for consultants....

When is Dr. Shad supposed to appear on Oprah? I heard that he has been on Oprah in the past, but has no immediate plans to be on her show. smileys/smiley5.gif

There is no date, I heard sept. sometime but who knows. I aslo heard he may give oprah an Arbonne gift basket but then again, who knows. I mostly use my website for new prospect to go look at the products and buisness opp, my refferals have never worked out either.

That was an awesome site, especially for a newbie. Unfortunately I did not find the info on approaching spas. If anyone has it, would you be so kind as to share it with me?

P.S. My upline said the Oprah appearance is scheduled for the latter part of September. I will see if she has a date. Does anyone have a date of when it was on before?

Yes, there is a myarbonne site now instead of Mystarz but it doesn't have the training on it. It's basically got event dates for us to check. It sucks but I can understand Arbonne's position on the Internet. They really have to be careful what is put out there & it's a lot harder to do if every consultant has their own site. Even though majority wouldn't put things that go against policy there are those few who would & they ruin it for the rest of us.
