Just wondering, I looked at the catalog online. Seems like EVERYONE is trying to get into the Direct Sales biz!

Now, if Victoria Principal went Direct Sales, then you might have something!

It's a new business, so its not suprising. I see her on HSN all the time. She is a wacky lady!smileys/smiley36.gif

I don't really like a hodge-podge collection of products. I wanted jewelry, so I picked lia sophia and for bath & body HNB. I guess I like it better when a company specializes in something and I can really learn about the quality, etc.

I wish success to those who go with it though.

So far, I am with you all on this one. Too many products in catagories that don't really go together. smileys/smiley5.gif I have my doubts if this company will even make it.

Beauty, Jewelry & Food? That’s a bit much in a party plan. It will be interesting to see what happens.

Well you all got farther than I did. When I came across it last week all I could find was how to sign up but no products! Not that I'm in the market for a company, but really I can't see signing on without knowing what you're selling.

Should I send her a cease and desist to stop using my name?!! smileys/smiley2.gif

Although it would be kinda cool to have all those products with my name on them!!!

Geez...she could have at least picked a better outfit for the first page, it looks like a toga!

I have to LOVE the merchandise I sell. If I don't firmly believe in it and the company how do I pass my passion for it on to the hostesses and guests. To me that means having 1 or 2 products in a line and knowing them well.

Fashion, jewelry, makeup, beauty products, home essentials, and food are alot of products for one company and one rep to learn, like, trust and believe in.

I know I couldn't do it or do it well. Just my opinion.

I agree that it's a bit much to have in one catalog. Plus, I think one of the keys with home parties is that you find a niche market - i.e. a cooking party with Pampered Chef, or a Passion Party, or Toys. She might have been able to get away with the beauty care and jewelry, OR the home items and the food, but it doesn't make sense all together.

It will be interesting to see how it goes...

I just looked at it. WHEW that's alot of stuff!! It looks to me like she looked at trends or had her "people" look at the trends in DS and pick the top types of party plans and combine them all into one. Then on top of that she has her thigh master stuff and a shameless plug for her new book at then end. I guess if it works it works and good for her and all the ladies that are going to give it a try!! I just can't sell that much stuff at one time, LOL. I'll stick with my Latasia and dabble with my Marlo Quinn. If it ain't broke don't fix it right?LOL

God Bless!!!

It's too bad. The food and drinks looked like a great idea and I think a mixed drink party plan could be fun--teach hostesses and guests how to bartend! Then sell the mixes, appropriate snacks, etc.

But as it stands, it's way to much.

What I really admire about her is her entrepreneurial spirit and the fact that she always seems to try to find healthier ways.

And she's a survivor of child abuse and breast cancer!

The no hormones, no antiobiotic, accurate portion meat we received is delicious.

But it does seem like she has a lot of different products. It will be interesting to see...

You know I have heard so many comments about two many products but what about companies like AVON who have survived generations with a little bit of everything. I think it could be done if marketed correctly.

Hello

There is a company for everyone.

I love SUZANNE and I dont think there is enough products. For a new direct sales business, SUZANNE is moving quickly. We don't compete with HSN, Suzanne's involvement with it helps us with FREE advertizing and product promotion.

The corporate website is very simple and straight forward with no frilles and the consultant websites are very professional..yes it's a cookie cutter format, just like the large sucessful complanies, packed with alot of information for the customer and lots of tools for the consultant. I do have a landing siteto make my presence known www.beastar2.com (http://www.beastar2.com)

I love being directly sponcered by Suzanne Somers and I am one of the top sales people, earning an special award and jewelry as well as dollars in my pocket. We offer high quality products that promotes a Look Good and Feel Great campaign.

Eveyone who is in direct sales believes their company is the best and they should believe it. There is something for everyone. Thats why there is a "Next".

Good luck in your endevors.

Suzanne Somers has never had plastic surgery.

She uses the FaceMaster daily along with her anti-aging skin care products. She also eats healthy and exercises. She walks her talk.

Suzanne has had some lipo(not on her face)after her cancer treatments and some line filler in her upper lip twice. She doesn't do Botox. I hope I can look as good at 60

Best Wishes to all

Way too much for me! I like to keep it simple. I'll stick with Sarah Coventry Jewelry and buy the other products from other direct sales people. But everyone needs to find their place and maybe this will work for some.

Hello everyone! Nice to meet you! I am a Suzanne Consultant and at first I agree with you, there are a lot of products to sell. But that is what makes it better and the opportunity to make more money! Suzanne is known for selling things on HSN or QVC and that is just extra promotional advertising for me!! Just like with Avon I sell beauty, jewlry, cooking, and accessories. Not everyone likes makeup and not everyone likes jewlry, but with the mix EVERYONE can find something they DO like. The products are reasonably priced and of excellent quality. And it gives you a chance to host different theme parties. If you know somone who doesn't wear makeup then have them host a food party and everyone can cook together, the men too!!! I would highly recommend that you look into this biz b/c it is new and everyone is looking for this type of business. Get in while you can for so cheap and why people are looking for the products! Go to my website at www.suzanne24.com/lashmore (http://www.suzanne24.com/lashmore) and sign up under my website before the price goes up onMarch 25th. You can also email me and I will be happy to answer any questions you have.

Suzanne Somers is a "smart" businesslady, diversified and talented!.

She has been selling products on the Home Shopping Network for years.
What more could one ask for in an owner? (she is experienced)

I for one wish her well!

I also think that having a wide range of products is smart.
This targets "everybody" not just some niche market with only one product or product line.
If some think that she has too many product lines just work ONE that YOU like thats all.Forget the rest.

She has worked hard, been her own woman for a long time, got breast cancer and beat it through natural medicine.
I seen her on Larry King live the other day.Her house burned down and she lost it all???

I always loved her as Chrissy too.

She deserves SUCCESS!

Go Suzanne!

Ok, so I visited your site Diane. I LOVE the company I'm with so I was simply looking to shop. I looked at the cosmetics and saw Spray On Foundation!! I watch What Not To Wear on TLC all the time and Carmandy uses spray on foundation alot on the show and it's always intrigued me. Do you have any PERSONAL experience with this foundation? I was trying to go the mineral makeup route but haven't decided on which brand yet. And now that I see you offer the really cool spray on I'd probably try it and mineral and then decide from there which looks best on my skin. But, before I invest over $30 in a foundation I'd love to hear your experience with it as far as ease of use, how long a container lasts and coverage and wear (like is it a full coverage or light coverage and does it disappear after a couple hours or is it long lasting). Thanks in advance Diane for your info on the foundation! Can't wait!

I use her spray on foundation and love it...
Not just saying so, I am 58 and have problems with
most foundations, so if I like it...it is pretty good.
Just thought I would let you know.
