I signed up the first week of September and faxed my w-9 the same day but I still haven't gotten my distributor number. I emailed the main address but haven't heard anything yet. Can anyone help? Thanks!

It usually takes a few days, but they may be behind a little with all the new distributors signing up. you can always call to be sure they recieved the W9.
