I am a new consultant. While I don't plan to do parties often in my business, I am wondering how people do parties without color samples? Am I correct that there are no samples except for the foundation? If so, do you just have to have one of everything in the color line for people to see and they use the disposable "thingys" (OK I know that sounds dumb but it's after midnight and I don't want to think of the right word!) to try it? It's so hard to tell what colors things really are from looking at a catalog. I used to have so much trouble with another company. If anyone knows a better way to let people see colors, I would appreciate your input!

Thank you so much!

"Thingys" is a perfectly good word. smileys/smiley1.gifI know exactly what your talking about. I think your correct in that you would have to buy one of everything because they do sell a large color display case that holds all the collection. That would be an investment if you planned on doing allot of makeup parties. I want to get it some day but now I plan on concentrating on the skin care and aromatherapy at parties. Allot less money upfront. A demo set to show and do facials, bathsalts for foot spas, you know, pampering type stuff.

For now, the best way for people to see the colors is to invest in the color line. But like designer said, you can concentrate on the skin care/aromatherapy and start building up your color line by getting a few things at a time. It also depends on your customer base, what do you think they'll be interested in?

There is currently a survey in the Internet Consultants section of www.Arbonne.com (http://www.Arbonne.com) just for this. If enough of us request color samples... smileys/smiley2.gif!
