Hello
I was just talking to an individual that has foliclitis, she said that is was basically clogging of her pors, she sd that she has tiny pimples on her neck, chin line and upper arms, has anyone heard of this? What would you recommend for her to try?? Also she said that her mother has chemo burns that almost look like age spots and is willing to try anything. Any feedback as to what I should recommend would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Deb

I am definitely not an expert, but I have read a few things on the benefits of essential fatty acids on acne as well as general good skin health. I would recommend the RE_sist supplement to both women.
As far as the foliclitis, I would also recommend she stop using products that contain mineral oil and try cleansing with the Int cleansing gel, followed by the Int body lotion. I would give her samples of the Int line and r9 line for her face to see which works best.
As far as the chemo burns, I have read on this board that people have good results with using the r9 eye cream on age spots. You might want to also recommend that.
HTH!
