Is it true that you get a $50 bonus with a new consulant that orders the RSVP?

Positively

Yes. You also get another $50 if they order the RSVP2. You are eligible for RSVP2 when you hit $1000 PRV in your first or second month.

I contacted arbonne and they are saying that it was an rsvp, how can a 400+ order in her first month not be a RSVP?

You have to specify when you order that it's an RSVP.

if she didnt click on the RSVP link (if she did it online) when she placed her order then it wont count as an RSVP (just a regular order)
If calling in an order you must tell them its an RSVP order.

Always a good idea to walk your new consultants through their 1st order.

I'm so sorry you missed out on your bonusEdited by: NewMommy

I have always thought this about RSVP's-while they do give a 50% off- your
volume suffers. In the end on a RSVP order,I think it is more of a benefit to
you as a consultant to order with all the added perks- 100/20's and have
that total volume. Am I making sense? What do all of you think- as I figure
it, it is about 20.00 more to purchase straight with the 35% discount-using
the benefits, your retail volume is greater than purchasing the RSVP. I know
it benefits the upline, but I really don't think it is a benefit to the consultant.
I am interested in your comments, as I have played online with the orders
and question who really benefits from the RSVP's.

It is only $150 more in volume if you do it using the $100/$20. For those who also need to make money, you get the added RSVP bonus of $50 vs. straight override of$9.10 consultant/$18.20 district. These can add up & make for a decent check.Edited by: Kiana's Mom

Hello! Everyone. I am new to this whole Arbonne thing. I just signed on one week ago and I have to say I am not so sure about all this. I spent the 1200.00 business starter that qualifies you for your District Manager. I part that worries me is the 2500.00 I need in a month. I keep reading the advantages for the RSVP's. Can someone please break it down for me the good and bad to signing someone on for the RSVP instead of the 29.00 regular 35% off. Sorry guys but this whole thing really confuses me. Thanks to all who have some good input. I really appreciate it.

GC~

First off, I am somewhat worried about your statement that you signed up with the "$1200" business starter. What is that?? Did you order a bunch of R{9 kits? I would be REALLY careful if your upline is telling you to order x amount of dollars to succeed in this business. Do only what YOU can.

Also, you should only have your consultants sign up for the RSVP is they WANT it. Don't try to push it on them. The benefit is that they get $700 of product for $350...a 50% savings. Signing up as a WB only gets them a 35% discount.

Hope that helps.

Please feel free to pm me if you have any questions about what I have said.

Boy,I am really confused now. I guess my entire business kit came to that amount. I have 6 kits. It was my understanding that it was better to order this package since it meets your qualifications for District Manager. As far as the RSVP, that whole thing doesnt make sense. I think this business is a little harder then I had thought. A lot of quotas to meet. Maybe someone has a better way of explaining how it works. I appreciate any input. Thanks so much

The BEST way to meet qualifications for District Manager is to get out there and introduce the product to others and then place their orders, use THAT as your 1000 needed.

To qualify for th RSVP, you have to sign up for $29. It is not an either or thing. The RSVP is good for someone who is signing up as a wholesale account and not concerned with volume.

As for what you signed up with, as long as you are rotating your sets & keeping them n good, clean order you will do fine. Keep them out there working for you.

Yes, it does take a while to understand the entire business. Where is your sponsor? Should she or he not be training you and answering any questions you may have? You can go to Arbonne University and listen to the Success Plan module and this will give you an idea of how consultants are paid. It sounds like you bought a RESULTS SET. I am dropping off a set with a prospect along with a sample pack. I ask them to use the sample pack but to only break into the gold tote set if they are sure they want to buy the entire RE9. My main reason for leaving the set with them is to ensure that I follow up!! It is easy to leave a sample pack and then not follow up. This way you are sure to follow up and they are also more likely to sample the product because they know you will be coming by to pick up the actual Gold Tote set. I hope this helps a bit. Hang in there!! There is a lot to learn but it is worth it!!!
