How can I figure out the shipping charges to send some candles to a customer. They are only votives so this mean I won't use the flat box shipping correct?smileys/smiley5.gif

Is the customer ordering a box of votives? I think you can order it through the retail end, and it will figure the shipping for you. I honestly don't know what the charge is. Unless you go to the UPS stores- it may be something like $10-15 for shipping the box.
In the past, I have been charged 8.42shipping for 4 boxes of votives that I ordered through the back office. But you also should consider taxes too. HTH!!!
