Hi-

Can anyone tell me about the Going Going Gone?

I just ordered it and I'm wondering if anyone could tell me how well it works?

It works, but not like other Weight loss supplements that you may have tried. Many people wonder if it's working because they don't get that speedy feel that you get from diet pills. It is designed to decrease appetite and increase metabolism and energy, without stimulating the central nervous system.

The key to using it is to always use it! That's the hardest part for me. It works best if you take it 30 minutes before each of 3 meals. Even if you forget, and dinner is on the table, take the supplement and you will still receive benefits, just not appetite suppression for that meal.

Be prepared for a few extra trips to the bathroom, not as a diuretic, but well...let's just say that when your metabolism speeds up, everything gets moving... After a week or so of using it faithfully, that effect will probably get better.

Good luck to you and let us know your success.

I find that it works really, reallywell. I just have a hard time making myself take it regularly. In fact, the days when I follow the whole Figure 8 regime, I feel sooo much better than the days I don't.

My husband asked, "So if you feel so much better, than why don't you do it EVERY day?"

It's got to be some faulty wiring in my brain that I don't always do what's best for me. But I'm trying to get better!

Hi -

I have never tried anything like this before. I know what you are saying about doing it regularly - I used to have that problem. Now that I have to take medication on a regular basis, I have found that it becomes a matter of habit. You just have to be aware at the beginning that you will need to "schedule in" following the system and then it becomes part of a regular routine.

My shipment is scheduled to arrive on Tuesday - I'll let you know how it goes!

I also frequently forget to take it. Don't ask me why!

When I take it,I sometimesforget to eat because I'm just not hungry. I know you have to eat in order to lose weight, but that's howpotent it is for me. Generally, it takes away the temptations to snack on junk and I feel very alert and satisfied when I do eat. It also motivates me to eat healthfully because I feel 'guilty' for wasting the supplement if I wind up eating somthing that's not so great for me. LOL! I guess it puts you in the right mind set. If that makes much sense.Edited by: Mary_m
