Has anyone had experience with the Bio Matte Oil Free? I'm new to Arbonne and have very oily skin.
Thanks

Hi Dana! I guess if there is one advantage to having oily skin, its that fine lines aren't as noticable compared to dry skin.
I use the BioMatte products, mostly in the summertime. They really do help to control excess sebum. Are you also using Arbonne cosmetics?

I'm using the bio matte set. Very oily here. I like the set, just wish the cleanser was in a pump, the tube is ackward to open and close with wet fingers. But I do like the results. I want to start using the cosmetics but don't know what foundation is good for oily skin, the liquid or stick? Are any of the RE9 products good for us "shiny" ladies?

I too have very oily skin & have used the wand in the past, generally during the winter months, but just this past summer I started using the pressed powder, which is absolutely awesome! I have had a few clients recently purchase the pressed powder & the next time I've seen them after using their new product, they've had rave reviews on it. It has excellent color & coverage & is not heavy on your skin. Give it a shot!smileys/smiley2.gif

I agree about the BioMatte cleanser container! Even a flip-top cap would bea huge improvement.
To be honest, I would avoid the RE9 products. I do use the RE9 Corrective Eye Créme because that area is a concern for me (darn genetics!) ... but I, as well as my clients, have learned from trial and error that the best products for oily skin are the BioMatte and for oily/acne the Clear Advantage.
I also totally agree about the pressed powder ... *and* the loose powder. The texture is heavenly and the coverage is beautiful. I've tried the Bare Escentuals Mineral Veil and it just doesn't compare to our finishing powders. It doesn't even stay matte, which is very disappointing. I get much better results from Arbonne's powder.

I LOVE the bio-matte personalizer way better than powder! It reduces redness and oil totally and doesn't look icky on your face and comes in a compact!! This is probably my favorite product! I have fair skin, so in the summer my skin is more oily and red and this does the trick! I tried the loose powder wand and wasn't happy with the results.
Bio-matte is awesome! Works great! Their cleansers and moisturizes are totally awesome and still don't dry out skin.

hi yall,
i also have oily skin, my forehead, nose across my cheeks, and even my chin(that pretty much means bout my entire face, ha ha) i use the entire re9 set with the personalizer. it was suggested to me that i try the moisturizers for oily skin however i wasnt willing to give up the anti aging properties.
i use bare essentiuals & noticed someone wrote in about the arbonne powders being really good so that will be an investment i make next month. can it be applied with a brush like bare minerals can? i have someone in my uplines makeup kit & love the feel of the blush so that is on next months order as well. love tha mascara as a matter of fact i love everything i have tried except1 thing. i dont like that well are the eye makeup remover pads. i would rather use the wash to remove my eye makeup . the 2 times i have used the pads they have made my eyes burn and turned them red. sorry i didnt mean to write a book.

Tootsie,
I use the pressed powder which you apply w/a sponge pad that comes along w/it. The loose powder comes in 2 forms: stick, which has a brush built into the stick that you use to apply; the other form comes in a tub w/a powder puff pad. When I use the loose powder in the tub, I don't use the puff pad, instead I use a large blush brush that works great!
Hope this helps! smileys/smiley17.gif
