Are consultants supposed to get a free product when they renew and purchase $100 worth of product? If so, how does it show up on the order page?

Yes, the consultant renews, places a $100.00 orderand then the FREE PRODUCT Special is generated in the bottom section of the page with the Bonus Offers. HTH! smileys/smiley17.gif

I do not see anything about a FREE product in the bonus offers, just $100 for $20. Am I missing something?

I thought the only time you received a free product was when you first signed up in your 1st month. I didn't think you get a free product for renewing. You get another rsvp when renewing if you have $1000 prv over the past year.

The email I received reminding me to renew said returning consultants get a FREE product with $100 purchase when ordering during their renewal month.

A woman on our team just renewed..she said she did not get to pick the free product but that the free product she received was the RE9 scrub.

i renewed in july and didnt get a free product -- any suggestions? I even did my renewal rsvp

No you do not get to pick the free product, its usually a facial scrub and it will show up in webstats when you look at your order.
Those that did not receive your free product go back and review your order in webstats and see if it shows up there, if not call the companyEdited by: NewMommy

I didn't receive an email. When I called about whether they send them out or not I was told no. I was more concerned for the wb in my successline who do not go online often.

Hi all, I'm back online, YAY!
I just had a thought here.....there is a setting somewhere on the site where you choose if you want to receive emails from the company or not. Could this possibly be the reason why some are not receiving the renewal email?

I have mine set to receive email & I receive all of the announcement emails. Not sure why I didn't receive the email or why I was told they don't send them...hmmm...
