How have you helped yourself build your belief? I have a crack in my belief about myself and need help figuring out how tofix it. What would you tell someone in your downline they should to do?

I think it's been said many, many times that the way to fix your belief system is through personal development.
What is it that you have doubts about?
The book that has been credited in helping many VPs is Shad Helmstetter's What to Say When You Talk to Yourself. One I really liked and helped me is What You Think of Me is Non of My Business by Carol Whittaker (?). I think that's her name.
Figure out what it is that you doubt about yourself. If it's people skills, then pick up Dale Carnegie's How to Win Friends and Influence People.
There are so many books out there that can help. The ones I've listed are just a few that are mentioned all the time.
Good luck!

I posted most of this in another thread...
Two books I love & recommend are What to Say When You Talk to Yourself (Shad Helmstetter) & The Success Principles-How to get from where you are to where you want to be (Jack Canfield). They helped me to see that I was indeed holding myself back but the fabulous news is that anytime I chose to turn it around, it was well within my power to do so. I started with small things and it grew from there. Our minds are so powerful as is the programming that we have or choose to have.
Always speak as if it is already done. Your mind & the universe will work out the details of making it happen! If you have a chance, watch the movie "The Secret" (www.thesecret.tv (http://www.thesecret.tv/)).
