Hello ladies,
I was with a candle company last year that closed and it is time to start looking again, needed to regroup after the loss. So here is my question.
I am trying to figure out what the average starting commission on just a consultant is?
On overrides what is the average min you must hit to have overrides, including how many actives under you and the volume you need to make?
Hostess plans what's out there is 15% the average is it higher or lower?
Also I was told that Gold Canyon is switching their plan does anyone have any info on that or are they staying tight lipped about that until Sept.
Thanks in advance for all your help
Heidi

My question on overrides is about recruits how many do you have to have in order to receive a commission of their sales, and what quota of sales do you have to have as a requirement.
Thanks for the info

I saw Carla is already helping you, but for SweetBerry you don't have to have a # of reps to gain commission,however, you do have to meet a monthly quota of $50. There is also a quota of $75/quarter for all reps. (These 2 quotas can becombined. If you have met your $50 for a month you are well on your way to the quarterly of $75.)
Hope this helps!

With White Lily you can receive commission on 1 consultant, no required number. You do, however, need to have$50 in sales yourself to get your check. :)

Hi,
Just wanted to point out that as a consultant with sweet berry designs you do not have a monthly minimum on $75 quarterly. Not both, plus you will save on shipping if you purchase your quarterly order once and not spread it out. You will save on shipping on order over $45 really come out to be $49 at cost after your discount is applied. This is from the site:
Consultant
* Earns 35% Commission on Retail Sales
* Personalized Webpage available for $15/Year
* Required to meet the Quarterly Minimum Purchase of $75 Retail (appx. $49 cost) to remain a Consultant.
* No Monthly Quotas to meet to remain a consultant.
* Eligible to participate in Company Contests, and Incentives.
* No Minimum Order Requirements
* Inventory NOT Required
thanks

Hey, Heidi!
I caught myself in a lie! You do have to have 3 team members, which makes you a Team Leader, to get your commission. At that time you have to meet your $50/month quota to get your $$.
Sorry about that!

Ever thought of making your own soy candles? You can make them
for yourself, sell them any way you want, make more profit and build a
huge organization that will pay you commission on your groups sales.
Check out my website or pm me for more info.
Thanks,
