So I have been doing the Figure 8 diet now for a couple of weeks and here is my problem...I tried doing the shake for breakfast, eating lunch, then doing another shake at supper, but I would end up extremely hungry and I end up eating at bedtime (I know...bad).

Then I tried eating breakfast, having a shake for lunch and dinner and I get sick because I haven't really eaten anything all day.

Now I am trying eating a light breakfast, shake for lunch, and then eating a sensible dinner.

I have a lot of health problems and I am already very fatigued. By not actually eating meals, I am getting worse. Has anyone else had this problem with not feeling as though they are getting enough to eat? What are your suggestions?

P.S. I do have the chews, so I do eat 1 or 2 of those between meals, but it isn't enough. I end up feeling very weak.Edited by: fightingfatigue

Sandy, you may find it more helpful to have a few smaller meals through the day, instead of one big meal, if you are replacing 2 meals with shakes.

So you could have a shake for breakfast, have a light early lunch, then a shake for mid-afternoon, and a light meal for dinner in the evening. Just take the amount of food you would normally eat in one meal, and eat half that amount for each of two smaller meals. Could you try this?

Hi Cassandra, Yes, I will give that a try! I am curious though to see how everyone else does it, too!

Are you taking the supplement as well? I found that that makes a huge difference. I am hungry all the time without them.

Yes, I am taking the supplement. I find that I get full quickly, but I get weak from not eating. Does that make sense?
