I was thinking about starting an email campaign, anyone know where I can find a targeted email list?

Am mainly looking for art collectors and interior designers

This first link is a google search for safe lists. the second one is a safe list directory & the third one is an opt-in list.

It's better to start your own lists. Start a blog and offer a newsletter.

I agree with this.

Although it probably won't be easy.

When you do have a mailing list I would suggest you use mailchimp to manage it. It's a great free application.
