ok i need to know if anyone else has had someone tell them that the re9 sample burned their face. they say know that we have already gave it to them that they have sensetive skin however they dont know which one it was because they used them all together.
we have given out over 300 samples in the past month and this is the only story like this. i did have one freidn say she couldnt see a marked differende but that she loved the smell & her skin was softer. well that says something in itself for the products. oh well you cant pleaseeveryone, all i can say is that i love these products.

I've never had that happen. Sorry. Maybe she has an allergy something? I do have a client who is very sensitive to oranges and she definitely cannot use the RE9, maybe it's something similiar?

This happened to (of all people) my mother-in-law! She has
roseacea, and I am sure it was the serum that caused the problem.
It has salicylic acid in it and it can burn for people with very
sensitive skin. Unfortunately, she's not willing to try anything
else because of it.
Good luck to you!

Beverly- That is interesting, I have roseaca...or did, until I started using the Re9! I even had medication for it before, and I no longer use it. I love the Re9, my skin looks better than ever and I get compliments on it almost every day!!

Some people with roseacea can use it and get great results. My
mother-in-law has the oily type and very sensitive skin. It's
hard to tell who can use it and who can't, but Arbonne recommends the
Bio-Matte for people with roseaca, even though Rita has it and uses
RE9! Now, I just caution people with that condition to sample it
slowly, adding the serum last.
