Hello Everyone!
Does anyone know of any trade shows which have most of the party planning companies sharing their line? It would be nice to be under one roof and see all of the various companies.

I would also be interested to know if there is a "trade show" event that has many many different home party plan company gals and guys all in one venue.
That would be great!!
I plan on doing this at a local level (see www.mypartyplannetwork.com (http://www.mypartyplannetwork.com)) but I wonder if there is a national show.
Great question!

From time to time you will see vendor shows or even craft shows that have quite a few direct sales people. I keep email addresses of ones in my area and we pass off info on these types of events to each other. Also many Earlychildhood PTA's put these shows on around Christmas time. Shows of this nature though it's a lot of word of mouth is how they get their vendors.

If your area has a civic center or coliseum check to see if you have a Women's Expo or showcasein your area. Most larger areas have a few of them a year and they are generally full of DS companies.
However, if you are looking to set up a booth at these shows/expo's it could cost you anywhere from $1,000 - $2,500 for a two day event.
If you are looking for a company to join then they would be great events to attend, but if you are looking to havea booth on a moderate budget, then local craft shows are great. (Usually less than $100 booth fee) You can do a google search for your city/town/county and it will bring up your local website. There you should be able to find local events.
