Workstation Requirements:
You MUST have a computer 2GB RAM
You MUST have high speed Internet DSL via land line service
You MUST have USB VOIP headset for training and a regular head set for servicing
You MUST have excellent customer service skills
You MUST be 18 year of age or older
You MUST be a legal United States resident
You MUST be able to complete a W-9 form, present a copy of your driver’s license/state issued ID and social security card
You MUST be able to pass an assessment tests and background check
You MUST have a basic phone service with no additional features (cable phone service via cable modem not allowed)
Your computer operating system must be XP or Windows 7 and Mac computers will work with some clients.
This position offers great flexibility of hours, the ability to work for the company you choose, rewarding compensation and the freedom of being an independent contractor.
