I received a shipment today with a broken jar. smileys/smiley19.gifIt was too late to call customer service. I was wondering how quickly they will replace the jar. Will I have to send back the broken one and wait until it is received before they send out the new one?

Hi Ruth~
You will keep the broken jar, and they send you the replacement in the same amount of time you would normally receive a shipment.
I know it's a bummer, but I put my broken jar in a bowl and still burned it.smileys/smiley4.gif

Or you can smash the wax in the broken jar and make tons of samples!

In 2 years, I'm still amazed that I've never had one broken jar or damaged product in shipping. And the Mia Bella boxes coming to us in Chicago arrive almost black and beaten up, kicked, ripped sometimes!smileys/smiley5.gif Still NOT ONE DAMAGED PRODUCT!

Also, I call Mia Bella very late sometimes and there is someone taking orders. Sometimes they can help with issues.

When I received my broken jar it was because FedEx had dropped my box UPSIDE DOWN! I guess the delivery guy didn't notice the big FRAGILEwritten on the box!smileys/smiley5.gif
And somehow, miraculously, there was only 1 broken jar!

I called and spoke to June. I had to call ups and they are going to pick up the jar tomorrow. smileys/smiley19.gifI was hoping to get to keep it. I was going to cut it up and give some to my mother so we could burn it in our mia melters. Oh well. I guess they changed the procedure.
