I'm a team leader-
What I will do....
I will be supportive.
I will help you in anyway I can
I will find the answers to the questions you have.
I will be there for you if you need me.
I will always be grateful that you are a part of my team!
What I won't do....
I won't bug you. If you need me, you have to ask.
I won't expect more out of you than you expect from yourself.
I won't judge you.
I won't take you for granted.
I won't forget, that because of you, I'm here.....

I love it! I will use this as well with my team. I am working on DIQ for June 1. I think this will go into my team newsletter once I achieve DIQ. This is great!
