Our law firm needs a paralegal supervisor and a paralegal for our Veteran's Administration Practice. This job can be done either as employee or as independent contractor working from home.

Preferences given to former employees of the VA and former employees of firms with VA practices.

Requirements:
The paralegal supervisor must have a minimum of 5 years experience in filing petitions for va benefits, including the "aid and attendance pension." The paralegal must have 3 years experience filing benefits, including the "aid and attendance pension."

Experience must have been in the last 5 years. Respond to this ad by email containing your current resume which outlines with specificity your prior VA experience, other paralegal experience, and education. List all employers since high school or college as applicable. This is not an entry level position. We will not train someone without experience. Lawyers with the required experience may apply for these positions. Lawyers with VA hearing experience in particular should contact us. Lawyers with appropriate experience need not be members of the Colorado Bar.
