I have a friend whose mother suffers from hot flashes and night sweats. She wants to get the balancing cream for her but I'm not sure which one. She says that her mother can't take HRT b/c of her migraines. She also says her mom doesn't have a problem with high blood pressure unless she takes her migraine medicine. So I can see how the balancing cream can be a benifit her in many ways. So should it be the Phyto or the Prolief?

Wendy,
You should have her use the Pytoprolief that is what my mother uses and says it works great.

I have been using the Phyto Prolief for about a year but it has not
stopped my night sweats or hot flashes. It has stopped my
dizziness tho.

I have been using the Phyto for amonth now and although it hasn't stopped them completely they have noticeably lessened in severity. I would have at least 4-5 hot flashes during the night and now I only get one or two a week! That to me is awesome because I can actually sleep again. I usually stop for one week out of the month, then resume again. Hope this helps.smileys/smiley2.gif
