Does everyone buy their supplies from the company or is there anywhere cheaper to get them.

Spatulas, Face tissues, mascara wands, lip & eye appliers.... etc...

I get my spatulas and sample jars from Kosmetic and my Business cards and note cards from Vista Print. These two companies have been wonderful!

I get mine from BC.

Checked into other companies and for me - it was more effective use of my time to order from one source than to have to shop/plan and pay shipping from another company.

I'm speaking specifically about glamour demo stuff.

I make my own business cards on my computer to suit the occassion/promotion.

Try this...www.kosmetech.com....they have the spatulas, bottles, etc. but you have to buy in large lots.

Hope this helps smileys/smiley1.gif

Took a very brief look around there. Their products look nice, only drawback is a minimum $50 order which might be too much for a individual (could go in with other consultants tho)

I was particularly interested in this:

I really want us (corporate) to come up with a stirrer/scoop for the SOH. I want that scoop to come with the product and be strong enough to stir and then scoop a dose out.

Glad you found the website for kosmetic. I thought it was high too, but I have now split two boxes in the past month. I spend $66.00 and that includes shipping. That gets me 500 caps and bottles. I order the 3 gram size. I just split up a box with a friend of mine who is just starting up! They are great about sending samples, I requested spatulas and they sent me quitea few, I told them that I needed a durable on for the SOH.

I'll wait for your opinion on the scooper.

Go share with everyone. I did a BeautiSpa yesterday and had mentioned the opportunity to the hostess a few weeks ago. She said she wanted to do it but her check for the $20 in products was returned and then she said she didn't have any $$ for anything.

I went and did the BeautiSpa yesterday and she told me that her daddy was sending her the $ in the mail and she would call me when she got it. I'm sure you know what I was thinking, right?

She called last night to say she got the $ and wanted to meet today after my son's birthday party to do her paperwork.

Her prospect list already has over 125 people on it. Go figure :)

She will make #3 for me this month in our 1st month of DIQ. Our TEAM has already done more than one half what is required the first quarter of sales for the DIQ and we've still got 60 days to go!

I'm psyched!

Awaiting your wonderful recruiting news and experience with the scooper :)

Well Dora, my party bombed! My hostess called 30 seconds literally before I walked out the door, I had spent the last 45 min. loading up my mini van and went in to get a paper and bam the phone rang! I would love to tell you which spatula works best! Trust me! I am going to be down now for awhile due to my upcoming surgery so no reprts till then, unles of course I just use them myself, what the heck i will go do that and let you know!

Sorry about your ESCAPE.

I think it would be a good thing for us all to share some ideas on hostess coaching.

Specifically - preventing/lessening reschedules and cancellations.

Whatcha think?
