I applied with Focus Forward, but did not get it. I double checked to make sure it was correct, ran spell check, and made sure everything was in the exact format that is required. I looked up the medication names and such to make sure they were correct. I don't know what could have been wrong with it. I would like to correct it and reapply. Any advice on what could be wrong with it would be greatly appreciated.

I ask only because of the name. It's the audio-playing software many transcriptionists use, and I wasn't aware they hired people.

Many good transcriptionists have been turned down by this company. There are other companies out there that pay more, so don't give up the search.
