hi all, i am looking for a program that wil do something like this--

let me see what links visitors are clicking on, to see how my site does-- ex- if i am getting more clicks on link a from the index page than from the same link on the category page than i know the index page link is important-- to change that often or something,

i dont know if i am making sense, but i know there are programs out there where you ad a bit of code to each link and it telly you the stats, i just need to know what program, and it is is good.

anyway, thanks in advance!
Eve

What about StatCounter (http://statcounter.com/) or sitemeter (http://sitemeter.com/)?

Hope that helps.

Google Analytics (http://www.google.com/analytics/)

best, most complete, FREE traffic analytics application tool out there.

as far as i know, you can only get invites from google by signing up on the waiting list.

(not like gmail where users can send them out to other users)

but sign up on the list, it is definetly worth the wait.
