This is Contract Exchange. The last time I looked into this, it was not a job.
This was a lot like Arise. Everything required a training course and every course cost money.
Has it changed recently and become an employer or removed the course fees and other fees?

According to how to be a contractor yes you still have to pay fees.... at least this is an option if you're running out of employment options. For those who want to invest good luck!!

I just went to the site to sign up and it asks questions like would you be willing to pay for training and a couple of other things. So, apparantly there are still fees associated with this job. It also has you to take a typing test, a test of your computer where you have to download something and run it, and a couple of other tests.
The thing that I found odd was that I signed up on their site and yet, while I was still filling out my application, I received an email saying that they had reviewed my application and I qualified to work with them and then said I had to take assessments. I didn't even have my application completed, all I had done was sign up on the website. But, the email said they reviewed my application and I qualified. I thought that was a bit odd. Then I found out about what you have to pay and it's not for me at this time.
Hope anyone who does apply gets hired. Good luck.
