Do you give away anything for gift with purchase and how much do they need to purchase from you? In Mk we have gifts with purchase with $30-$40 purchase that are already put together for us and go with the mailers sent out. The malls always have gift times with puchases of less as the clinique and Estee counters. What do you do in BC or am I missing all the info somewhere on beautinet. I have seen the minis but $6 seems a little high to me.

It's according to what they purchase...if it's a Sugar Spa Set...then I'll give them a loofa sponge...if it's the happy hands and feet set then I'll give them a pair of spa socks or a pair of spa gloves! You can find all of those things at the dollar store/dollar tree! and they have tons of other little gifts like that!

I saw on the sales aid section of beautipage...they have lipstick samples for $1.25 so you could throw one of those in with a purchase of makeup!

I divide up mini sets and give one away with purchase. $25 + orders receive a free gift. I do get orders for the full size products after they have tried the mini version.

I give a gift with a $50 purchase. I always do something different. Sometimes it is a discount, a mini (I break up the mini spa kit or bistro, but when we had the skincare minis, I gave them the whole thing because they work best together and I want them using it!), a Spa CD (you can get some good ones at the $1 store), or let them grab something out of my Spa Buddy Bag full of discontinued makeup, or samples.

Some other ideas:

Spa To Go: Get the gauzey whitedrawstring sachets from the bridal dept at walmart - 12 for $5 and some of the 1 x 2 zipper seal bead bags and put bath minerals, herbal serenity foot creme, warming trend and extreme repair in the plasitc bags then put those inside the drawsting bag with my business card and instructions on using those 4 products -just don't put in the eye pads, too costly. <?:namespace prefix = o />
Use a tiny ziplock bag with bath minerals, 1 tea light (could be BC or any small tealight) and a chocolate with a note inside that says to “ Light the candle….sprinkle the bath minerals in the tub…and have a chocolate…take a few minutes for yourself” Then ties it all up inside a pretty gauze bag.
Cost per bag for each idea is about 50 cents or $1.

Jennifer,

I have bought all the lil' baggies (used them for the bath minerals samples) and am in the process of making up the sample gift bags.

Was thinking of printing the instructions on labels & then putting them on the back of my business card to put in the bags.

Was curious if you had a better idea that works well for you.

Love getting all the wonderful ideas here smileys/smiley1.gif
