Hi all. I have altered one of my other order forms and replaced it with our information.The format it is in is because of the ever changing scent list. Of course it would be cleaned up and professional looking, scanner just doesnt like the pasted pieces of paper.
I was going to have Staples do them, but if a bunch of you would like them too, then I will check with another company I have dealt with to see if we can get them cheaper than Staples.
