Has anyone written a business plan for their BeautiControl business? I am trying to pull mine together. I want very much to succeed in this business. All comments and ideas are welcome and appreciated.

Thanks!

The company provides one for us Kathleen.....

It's called 2+2+2

Work that plan consistently and you'll earn in excess of $1000/month. Within one year you can replace any executive income that you are earning now, plus some.

I talk to 3 people a day about booking, sharing products, and recruiting. Might be 3 for recruiting and none for hte others or a mix of the 3 but I do it every single day.

I gradually introduce every single client that comes to an ESCAPE at work or home to our skincare and glamour. Some are not interested, that's ok but they still get the introduction to that part.

I talk to8-10 people in an interview type setting about our opportunity each month. some join, some dont - I keep moving and growing.

Did you have something different in mind when you mentioned a business plan? I think the 2+2+2 fits as a GREAT one. the wonderful thing is that it's PROVEN and working for thousands upon thousands of women.

Dora,

Explain more about your interview type setting. What questions do you
normally ask, do you do this mainly at spas or whenever the situation
presents itself, etc.?

I like the routine of talking to 3 people per day about booking, product and recruiting. It seems manageable.

it's VERY informal......last less than 10 minutes.

I ask which kind of consultant would interest them the most:

Live the life you love/make a career
Extra income
Personal discount/share with family/friends

Then I ask about their "WHY" of doing the business.

I talk very little because I want them to be talking and thinking. The more I talk, the less interested they are. The more we talk, the more it's like we are trying to talk them "into" signing. That's desperation recruiting.....and I'm not into that.

I'm into "developing leaders" and I want to know WHY they would be interested in doing this business......because when the going gets rough (and there will be days that it will) we will need to come back to that "why" to keep going.

You can open your interview with basic questions like:

What would you think about an invitation to join our TEAM?
How would you feel about doing something like this?
Have you ever considered what it would be like to own your own business and have an additional $1000/month extra?
You were having such a good time tonight, I'd love to have your enthusiasm/expertise/etc/fill in the blank on our TEAM - would you be interested in hearing more about our opportunity?

Best question to ask is, "what about this business appeals to you the most?" then you know what to target.

There is a reason that we have 2 ears and only 1 mouth :)
