I just tried a votive in a 3"x4" bag and it was a tad too tight. I would go up to the next size. They sell them at craft store's like Michael's or online at places like Packaging Store Supplies | Gift Packaging | Shopping & Gift Bags | Boxes & Packaging | Tulle, Bubble Mailers & More (http://www.papermart.com)
