Quite a while ago we had a thread about what you have put on your business cards. I need to reorder cards because we had to have our phone number changed (bummer!) but I don't want to have my address put on my new cards (I'm going to go through VistaPrint instead of Town & Country). However, when I look at the card it looks so empty w/o my address. Any ideas as to what I could put on there?

Hi Mistie,

I'm one of Vistaprints best customers! LOL... Have you thought about putting something on the cards related to holding spas or recruiting? You could fill some space with something like this:

Host a Spa Escape!

~ Calltoday and live your dream ~

An exciting opportunity awaits you!

I think you got the idea. I usually order the premium business cards for $3.99 so they don't have the advertising on the backside. Vistaprint has some really nice postcards too! You can get FREE postcards by using this URL:

Have fun designing your new cards!Edited by: kdesando

I make my own with my computer and custom to what ever function or promotion we have going on.

Basic information includes:

Name
Webpage
email
Phone #

and my business/promotion slogans

I have generic cards that I leave in bathrooms and restraunts when we travel. They have a pic of a lipstick, they say, "Are you a makeup junkie?" and the only thing it list is my web address. On the back it says, "order within 10 days and receive free shipping and a free gift.

I've picked up about 50 clients who found me thru this card. One was as far away as NY from last summer.

Thanks Kathleen! That is good information and I will most likely end up using your idea!

Dora, what a great idea about leaving cards in restrooms! Where do you leave the cards when you are at a restaurant?

Where do I leave in a restaraunt?

On the table
in the bathroom stalls
in brochure/travel racks (welcome centers are great for this or tourist places)
on bulletin boards
near pay phones
casually at the cash register (like I forgot and left it there)

Sometimes I will leave them in makeup sections in dept stores or in dressing rooms. Since it doesn't have my name or phone number - I feel comfy in doing this. I never leave more than 3 in one place unless its a place I can go back and stock them. Usually I leave only 1 or 2.

I've put them inside of magazines and books in bookstores. Left them at the library during kids storytime. I have them at my chiropractor's office (at least until I recruited his wife), massage therapist, Reiki Master, break rooms of all the medical offices that I've done ESCAPES at,

That should give you an idea.....
