Hey Lisa! I am with Latasia Jewelry and have been truly blessed by the Lord so far and have no doubt that my family and I will continue to be. I would love to share our opportunity with you and have Latasia send out an info packet to you. I did not research any other jewelry company when I got into Latasia because I knew in my heart that Latasia was where the Lord wanted me so there was no need to compare. But since I've started I've been told about other companies and I am so THANKFUL that Latasia is who God put me with.

Our two largest kits are half price right now so that's an awesome help to ladies getting started. We earn 40% of the sales off the top of our parties, no paycheck to wait on, until we sell our first $1500 and from then on we earn 50% off the top wether we ever build a team or not. There is no inventory, no sorting or delivering and absolutely ZERO cost to us for Hostess benefits or taking CC's or Debit Cards. We earn money from our first qualified team member and once we are promoted out to management we earn anywhere from 13% to 20% on our teams wholesale sales. The management sales requirements are very minimal for us and team requirments are reasonable, much lower than most companies. Latasia realizes the importance of us working our business but also knows that we need time to be there for our teams and train them correctly and help them in anyway they may need.

My phone number is 318-567-1510 and you can call me anytime! If you'd like, PM me or email me at kkandrod@hughes.net with Latasia (wahm.com) as the subject with your number and address. Let me know a good time to give you a ring and the address is needed so I can make sure a packet gets sent out to you immediately. I also have our catty's on my computer and I can email them to you so you can be looking them over before your packet ever gets there.

Lastly I want to say that you are definitely doing the right thing by praying about your decision first. When you put God at the forefront of your life, that includes your business, He will lead you to where you are supposed to be. And He will bless your business abundantly for letting Him put you there and for giving Him the Honor and Glory He deserves for it. We touch peoples lives in this industry and we have such an awesome chance to spread His love by just being a living example of how much He loves us and not being afraid to say it wherever we are. So, thank you for loving our God enough to trust Him with your business and where He sends you. I'm so thankful to see people like you standing up for Him!!!

Talk to you soon and I'll be saying a prayer for you as well!!

HI Lisa,
I can give you a website for the company my SIL works for and that is Just Jewelry (http://www.itsjustjewelry.com). I know they are pretty new (maybe 5 years) and that they don't have a catalog, just cash and carry. I believe their start up costs are flexible based on what you would like to buy to resell and I believe they make a decent profit (50%?) The jewelry is nice, I get lots of complements on mine, and although it's quite inexpensive, it's good quality. I've had no issues on what I have. The only downside is that they are VERY small right now (that's both good and bad) and I don't think their host program is very good. Seems like the one rep I've talked to said something like 10% of total sales or something like that. What she said wasn't real clear and it didn't matter since the closest rep to me is 7 hours away and all she wanted to do was recruit me. My SIL works as the office manager there, she's not a rep. Anyway, if that link above doesn't work it's www.itsjustjewelry.com. Happy hunting!

Hi Lisa:

I have seen LiaSophia Jewlery and it is beautiful. I know someone here in the Black Hills that is thinking of selling Black Hills Gold Jewlry through a home party plan aspect. Is that something you might be interested in? I will try to contact him and get you some info.

HI There:

I thought I would send you some quick info on Lia Sophia. Startup fee is $99 for over $400 in jewelry and supplies. No renewal fees. I have a file that shows what comes in the starter kit -I don't think I can attach it to this message. Once you have your starter show and qualify ($500 in sales), you then earn a privilege purchase which entitles you to 24 pieces at 77% off. You can then always purchase samples at 70% off retail. THere are always great incentives to earn gift certificates for free jewelry etc. We also have one of the best hostess rewards programs around. This helps keep my business consistent as bookings are not hard to get!! We offer up to 40% of sales to hostesses as well as hostess bonus items (up to 5 items each valued up to $100, you pay $15 for each) with a qualifying show ($250 in retail sales). Call me anytime or email me at nzina03@comcast.net. I'd love to give you more info and answer any questions you have.

Regards,
Nancy

Hello Lisa, I'm glad to hear you are taking your time and looking at all options. I did the same thing. It can be overwhelming at first. I am a consultant with Yoffi Fine Jewelry. No inventory required and you can start with a small kit and get into it slowly if you choose. The jewelry is so beautiful and very classic yet modern. I have no problem selling because there is something for everyones taste. I have been to parties where people feel obligated to buy something just to help the hostess out. With Yoffi people really fall in love with it. The company gives you all the support you need weahter it be alot or a little. It is very low pressure and that is what I like about it I can work at my own pace. I would love to send you out a opportunity packet. You can e-mail at tinaschatz77@yahoo.com and give me your address info and I will get it in the mail. In the mean time check out my site at www.myyoffi.com/tina76 (http://www.myyoffi.com/tina76)

Best of Luck in Your Search!!

HI there! You should look into Cookie Lee. I love their jewelry and buy a lot of it. Its good quality and the styles are really up to date. I'm not a consultant, but everyone I know that sells it does really well. Check out their website at www.cookielee.com (http://www.cookielee.com).

Good luck!

Hi Lisa!

I am also looking into jewelry plans--and not in a hurrysmileys/smiley1.gif
I have also collected info from Luxe Jewels, Gems to Jewels, Bead
Retreat (for those wanting original creations), and also there is
Premiere Jewelry, Silpada and many others (can't name them all!).

I am favoring Luxe right now, because it is more like jewelry classes
than parties, plus you can sell your own designs along with the Luxe
jewelry! Very cool!

As far as the other jewelry party plans, it is all about what styles
and prices your area goes for--they are all beautiful! So then it
comes down to startup costs, commissions, hostess benefits, and
guarantee policy.

Thank you all for the information. I have talked with someone from The Glass Bead and Latasia. I don't want an inventory of Jewlery and when I looked into Cookie Lee your startup kit was $500.00 for a $1000.00 worth of jewerly that you sale. Please correct me if I am wrong I really do not want to do that, I think Lia Sophia my be the same way. I would like for someone from Silpada to contact me and send me some information, actually I think someone from silpada did contact me I will look in my private messages and get backwith you. I am not a verycrafty person so I don't think Luxe Jewels would interest me.The area I amon know is very low income, but we are moving to the Kansas city area as soon as I sale the house. I think that will be a good area and I really, really do not plan on starting anything for at least 6 months.

Thank You

Lisa

Lia Sophia has a very low startup cost ($99)--FYI I think if I go
with a traditional jewelry plan that Lia Sophia is my favorite because
of the low startup and I like the jewelry and hostess plan--and guest
specials--and the lifetime guarantee. I like the commission of
Latasia but the startup is higher. I LOVE, LOVE Silpada jewelry,
but I think it may be too pricey for my circle of friends.

Good luck in your search--just sharing some thoughts!smileys/smiley1.gif

I would also look at Jewels by Park Lane</span>
because you are able to earn thier start up kit and they have a great
hostess program. Also, if you are into genuine metals, gems etc like
Silpada, also look at Azante Jewelry.</span> They are really nice people. Here are their web addresses.

www.jbpl.com and www.azantejewelry.com

Good luck, and really do your research BEFORE you sign up.

PS. I also really like the concept of Ellen's company The Glass Bracelet!

I joined cookie lee at $375 in jewelry and I bought very little of it! I acquired ordersfor that amount and that's how I started. You can do it not out of your own pocket. You can start at this level or at the $500 level. With the lower level you get a lower percentage off thatinitial order, but then its always 50%. You can pm me for more info.. i'm new so I want to double check before I make any other statements! LOL.. I love the jewelry and have been reordering for myself and friends as people see it on me!
