I think you may have more luck by asking this question in the telemarketing folder. They are ver experienced with companies and their call centers:)

Incase nobody has answered you yet, I occasionally work for West which does have a couple of companies like qvc that they contract for. I can't list thecomplete name but I will put most of it and I am sure that you will be able to figure it out. H*N and Sh*pN*C I will tell you that West is not the best company to work for, but you can check them out in the west folder to get your questions answered. West just seems to always have a lot of problems, I feel that liveops, working sol, alpine access, and clc would probably be better options for you to research.Edited by: raynasmom
