I'm passing along this information for raters of the High Schools that Work and Middle Grades Assessment raters. I got this message in my inbox today.
Dear HSTW and MGA Raters:
The Southern Regional Education Board, which governs High Schools that Work (HSTW) and the Middle Grades Assessment (MGA), has informed ETS that it will not administer the MGA program and constructed-response questions for HSTW in 2012 and 2014. As a result, PASS will not be scheduling Raters for these assessments during this period of time.

I was an MGA rater in 2010, so that is a real bummer. I sure hope they don't do away with the CTPIV or the CAHSEE, the other two programs I am currently scoring. That's the only income I have coming in right now.
