I'm a new consultant, so I'm sure I'm doing something wrong here. But if you use the paper form to place a order and place a order on the internet with the EXACT same items, it's not the same amount. Website is more. Anyone ran across this?

You may have an old order form and catalogues. A few of the products went
up after NTC.

how much is it off? Is theproduct totaloff or is the total with tax & shipping included off? Makes sure you are using the same tax %. The website charges tax on the shipping for some states. Not sure what else it could be...

You also have to make sure you charge tax on the shipping amount. Add the products, add the shipping, then do the tax figuring. It is usually a few cents off on each order, but it adds up to a lot if you aren't careful!

The form I downloaded is a 2006 form. Depending on the total of the order it can be a discrepancy anywhere from $2.00 to $8.00. Sounds petty at first but that adds up. Can't figure out what's going on.smileys/smiley5.gif

the sales tax is of the RETAIL amount, not the wholesale amount... so even tho someone is paying wholesale, charge the tax based on the retail amount.

That's right. Always charge tax on the retail--Arbonne does that so
consultants don't have to do quarterly tax reports.
And, tax is not charged on shipping in all states. I'm in NJ and we don't get
taxed on shipping.
