I am lining up a few vendor events and wondering how much product I should bring for sale (if any)? Due to the nature of the chocolate, I don't really want to keep a lot on hand. However, I know people are usually more inclined to purchase what they can take home vs what they can order at events like that... So what have you done for these events?

No one here has done a vendor event for either Lindt or Dove?

I did a wedding vendor show but I only provided samples of truffles, I did not sell anything. I am also doing a few Wine/Chocolate Events at local wineries and local Liquor stores, but again only providing truffles for samples. Try the FB page to see if anyone has any suggestions...

I spoke with my Regional and she said they don't recommend doing cash & carry due to the nature of the product, which is what I suspected. I've got 4 vendor events lined up and submitting one for the Chocolate Tour.
