Hi there fellow BC consultants!
What are some ways that you have struck up a conversation with people
about BeautiControl? I am curious to know what has worked for people so
I can have some good ideas in mind.
I haven't been able to book one party this month, but I have three for
June. I am not too sure if they will stick though because they are
still a good month away.
Having samples on hand has worked well, but does anyone have other
ideas that are tried and true? I haven't used my Empowering Women
magazine much, other than having it on my display tables.

What you want is "prospecting tips" right?
I set out each day with the following motto:
"I want to meet people today that I like. I want to get to know them well enough so that I can determine what their needs are and then how I can meet those needs with a product, service or opportunity."
Booking comes naturally to me when I carry that attitude with me.
Another way that I got restarted in my area is to contact an office (I started with my chiropractor and pediatrician) and ask them if they offered any kind of "in service" or appreciation functions for their employees/patients.
that's how I booked my Spa@Work programs and it grew from there.
The main point that I want to impress upon you is to GET OUT AND SEE THE PEOPLE. The more people you are exposed to - the more you will have access to book with. Just ask them if they are interested in gathering with a few friends to relax, renew and pamper themselves.
I also encourage you to read your consultant guide on prospecting and booking. There are great tips/information there.

I like your mantra/motto. That helps me a lot. I did strike up a
conversation with the office girl at my obgyn's office. I booked a
party, but she canceled and I have been unable to reschedule with
her.
I do plan to hit up my dentist office, vet, and other agencies around
town. I am at an advantage because I am a teacher and summer vacation
starts in two weeks, so I will be able to put even more energy into my
efforts.
I really want to go to Celebration and have been talking to some other
consultants about sharing a room and splitting the cost, but all of it
is still up in the air at this point!
